Please follow the directions below for measuring and submitting your windows and doors. We will provide photos to assist you. We will ask you to submit a photo of one of the windows/doors you would like Opal to quote.

Measuring Instructions

Please do your best and remember these measurements do not have to be perfect.
Our intent is to help you get your rough estimate quicker as well as properly budget and speed up this overall process for you.

Windows

Please take your tape measure and follow the photo instructions.
Place your tape measure on one side of the window trim/casing, and draw it across the width of the window to the opposite side trim/casing. This is your WIDTH.
Follow the same steps from top to bottom, and this is your HEIGHT.

Doors

Please take your tape measure and follow the photo instructions.
Place your tape measure on one side of the door's trim/casing, and draw it across the width of the door to the opposite side trim/casing. This is your WIDTH.
Draw your tape measure from the top of the door's trim/casing, and pull it down to the bottom of your floor. This is your HEIGHT.

Outside of the house

Please take 1 photo of each elevation of your home (front, left, right, back) with the entire side of the home in camera view. It is optional, but encouraged.

Form Instructions

Please enter the room's name where you took measurements, then fill in the fields with dimensions and color.
If you want to provide several windows/doors identical in size and color, you can do this in the "Quantity of identical window/door" field.
After filling out the form, upload the photos related to this window/door.
To add an additional window or door with different dimensions, click on the "Add new window/door" button, and another form will appear.
You can add the name of the new room, photos, and window/door parameters to this form.
You can submit up to 15 different forms at one time.
